Online Meeting Held Between the Iranian Rice Importers Association and Thai Trade Representatives

According to the Public Relations Office of the Iranian Rice Importers Association, an online meeting was held with the participation of the Chairman and Secretary General of the Association, along with several prominent members, the Commercial Counselor and Advisor to the Thai Minister in Iran, representatives of the Thai Rice Exporters Association, and industry stakeholders from Thailand.

This meeting followed a previous session requested by the Advisor to the Minister and the Economic Counselor of Thailand in Iran, held with the Chairman and Secretary General of the Association’s Board of Directors.

During the discussion, various topics were addressed, including different Thai rice varieties, product quality, payment mechanisms, and financial transaction procedures.

Both sides exchanged views and became more familiar with each other’s trade frameworks and market conditions, expressing mutual interest in enhancing commercial cooperation and expanding bilateral trade in the near future.
