And we are doing our best to improve the level of economic and commercial interactions between the two countries.
 
He stated that in this meeting I raised some issues on behalf of the Iranian Rice Importers Association, he explained that easing the conditions for obtaining an Indian visa and providing the possibility of exchange between Rials and Rupees were among the requests raised, in addition to inviting the ambassador of India. The members of the Iranian Rice Importers Association were invited to a meeting together with the agents of the commercial and banking department of the embassy.
Timuri continued: Regarding the issue of granting visas to Iranian businessmen, especially rice importers, the Indian ambassador promised that business visas will be issued in the shortest possible time.
He stated that the ambassador of India by giving the example of the monetary and banking relationship between the two countries India and Russia, whose transactions are carried out with rupees and rubles, said: we are trying to provide the necessary infrastructure, the possibility of using rials and rupees in To provide business transactions between Iran and India, and in order to further pursue this discussion, he asked the representative of UCO Bank India in Iran to attend the meeting, and the issue of exchange with the national currency of the two countries was further discussed and investigated.
A member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Rice Importers Association said: Another issue that was brought up in this meeting was the issue of clearing goods between the two countries, and she informed that her country welcomed this way of trading with Iran.
He pointed out that this proposal was also welcomed regarding holding a joint meeting, and clarified: It was decided to hold a preliminary meeting with the commercial advisor and his first deputy, as well as the representative of UCO Bank of India in the Iranian Rice Importers Association, and then with the person Ambassador Dharmendra suggested holding a joint meeting between the Iranian Rice Importers Association and the Indian Rice Exporters Association, centered on the Indian Embassy.
Timuri continued: Another issue that was raised in this meeting; The subject was bringing the standard of Indian rice closer to Iran's standard and health criteria, and the Indian ambassador gave a favorable promise in this regard.
In the end, she quoted the officials of the Indian Embassy in Iran and mentioned that the Indian Embassy is ready to cooperate with the members of the Iranian Rice Importers Association.
