The meeting of the Chairman and Secretary of the Iranian Rice Importers Association with the Commercial Counselor of the Pakistan Embassy

Last week, the Iranian Rice Importers Association hosted the commercial counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Pakistan in Iran.
According to the news portal of the Iran Rice Importers Association, in the last week of November, the Chairman of the Akhwan Akbari and the Secretary of the Iran Rice Importers Association, Mojtaba Shirqazi, met with the trade adviser of the Embassy of the Republic of Pakistan and discussed and negotiated about the rice trade between the two countries.
In this meeting, the head of the Iranian Rice Importers Association, while pointing out the good relations, the increasing political and economic interactions between the two countries, as well as the deep-rooted affinity between the people of Iran and Pakistan, addressed the issues related to the import of rice and demanded the provision of infrastructure and facilities. It was necessary to facilitate trade, especially in Horah, to import rice.
In this meeting, Mojtaba Shirkazi, the secretary of the Iranian Rice Importers Association, also emphasized that Iran and Pakistan have always been reliable business partners and pointed to the increase in Pakistan's share of the Iranian rice market.
In this meeting, the commercial counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Pakistan in Iran, while welcoming the proposals made regarding the import of rice, promised to raise the problems and obstacles with the officials of her respective country and pursue their resolution.
